If you are an operator in the sector and you need to receive a tax invoice for your purchases, you can register on the site www.mamotoecommerce.it as a corporate user in order to take advantage of all the benefits provided for your user profile. During registration, you will be asked for your company's tax data, including the SDI Interchange Code and PEC if you are an identity subject to electronic invoicing in Italy. We will take care of issuing invoices for each of your orders and delivering them in the manner requested, in electronic format via your registration email or on paper. We also offer the possibility of supplying the purchased goods in dropshipping, sending them directly to a third party, in this case the billing data, alternative to the data provided during registration, will be entered during the order completion phase in the "ADDRESS" section. The delivery times indicated refer to purchases with advance payment via PayPal or credit card and are not binding in any way, as they do not take into account any delays due to adverse conditions.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping rates are calculated upon completion of the order based on the weight or volume of the package. Except for bulkier products, it is possible to group several items in a single shipment, thus containing the costs of the shipment. PROCEDURE UPON RECEIPT OF GOODS

When we send a package by courier, there is a possibility that it will arrive damaged. There may be several reasons: The content may be fragile, the packaging may have given way during transport, an operator may have been careless in handling the package, etc. What can we do to protect ourselves from this possibility? Upon delivery, the courier will ask you to sign a document to prove that he has delivered the package to the address or person who was supposed to receive it. If you see that the package appears to be damaged or tampered with, you will have to contest the shipment and/or delivery by adding the words "GOODS INSPECTION RESERVE FOR ... (indicate the reason)" on the delivery document received from the courier. The wording "RESERVE" allows you to check the goods even at a later time since the courier by law does not allow you to open the package until you have signed for it. ATTENTION! If you accept without RESERVE you sign a document saying that the package has arrived in perfect condition, at which point it will be very difficult to ask for a refund. Subsequently, you must report any damage within 2 (two) days of receipt of the goods in the manner prescribed by the courier chosen for the shipment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To offer its customers the best shopping experience, Mamoto Ecommerce guarantees all its products with the "satisfied or refunded" formula. If the product you purchased does not fully meet your needs, if it is incompatible with the equipment in your possession, or you simply have the wrong item or changed your mind, you can exercise the "RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR RETHINKING" within 14 days of date of receipt of the purchased goods. To exercise this right it is not necessary to provide particular justifications and you can request the return of the amount paid for the purchase net of shipping and return costs and any supplements for additional services. If the prerequisites established by the civil code (articles 1469 bis and subsequent of the Civil Code) and by Legislative Decree No. 24/2002, or by Legislative Decree No. 50/1992, in compliance with the same, the The buyer may withdraw from the contract according to the aforementioned rules and the methods established by them and will be entitled to a refund of the price paid, provided that the goods, if already delivered, have been returned in their packaging at the care, expense and risk of the buyer. Returned items will not be refunded if not previously claimed, in poor condition, damaged, without the original packaging and labels.

RETURNS

Returns of goods will not be accepted unless previously claimed by written communication by email to the address info@mamotoecommerce.it and subsequently authorized by the latter. In the absence of authorization to return, the goods, even if received at the warehouse of Mamoto Ecommerce will remain available to the buyer for collection within and no later than 30 days, beyond which any request to recover the order will be considered null and void. Returns must therefore be accompanied by the accompanying document received with the order (sales document, invoice or DDT) and by the relative return authorization document, and carried out at the buyer's expense and risk. If the goods are damaged due to lack of the original packaging, Mamoto Ecommerce will be entitled to to charge the buyer for the restoration costs by deducting them from the refund amount or not to accept the return. WARRANTY

Since these are mainly used or reconditioned products, the guarantee, where not specified in the product data sheet or in the supply conditions, is intended as 15 calendar days from receipt of the order and in the case of spare parts or accessories, exclusively covers the object of the transaction. For the components of more complex instruments or parts of assemblies, the guarantee covers only the part object of the transaction, in which case Mamoto Ecommerce considers itself exempt from:

  • - any defects due to incompatibility and/or conflict between the parties.
  • - damage that may occur to third parties of the entire assembly.
  • - damages that may occur to third parties due to incorrect use or handling.
  • - mounting or configuration errors.
  • - misuse, etc.
